Portuguese visual artist and illustrator Kruella d’Enfer (1988) has been delighting the world with her enchanted visual world, evoking a deep sense of wonder with the fantastical, benevolent creatures that inhabit its dark and mysterious corners, be they mystical wolves or magical foxes.
The artist says: ”This is my first mural in Stockholm, Sweden. It is located in Sickla district an it is the facade of Ekbackens pre-school, located in a nice quiet hill, surrounded with old oaks. I wanted to make something playful for the children but also something that would make the parents and neighbors happy.
I had plenty of time to hang around the city, visit museums, eat some nice food and I had some nice encounters with squirrels, swans and all kinds of different birds, (unfortunately didn’t meet any funny snail) which some of them coincided with the characters in the wall.
